The Short Story

Nina moved to Jacksonville Beach in 2003 from the D.C area, but is originally from Georgia.  After high school she wanted to see what the city had to offer and moved to D.C., while living there she worked in a plastic surgeons office that specialized in advanced skin care.  Her love for esthetics blossomed from there and has continued to grow over time.

After several years as an administrator in real estate she grew bored with this career path and decided it was time to move on.  After leaving the industry she found herself enrolled in esthetics program in St. Augustine Florida a few moths later, she graduated in 2018.  Since graduating she has been carefully honing her skills at a luxury resort.  She specializes in facial massages, lymphatic drainage techniques, and ensuring you have a one of a kind experience.

Her passion for skin care is driven by her love of helping others feel confident in their own skin. She takes pride in each service performed and finds it extremely fulfilling to connect with her clients, establish trust, and provide personal attention to all details. Her focus is the same everyday, helping you reach your skin care goals.

Hello! I am Kristen West and I'm very happy to be joining Nina at Posh.

I moved to Florida from the Republic of Panama in 2011, living in Tallahassee until moving to Jacksonville in 2020. In Tallahassee I was attending FSU until I noticed Aveda Institute and knew I had to make the change. I graduated from Aveda Institute in 2014. Just shy of ten years of experience and building my career.

Massage is my passion. I remember telling my parents, around the age of 12, that massage was what I wanted to do and I followed my dreams. I enjoy different modalities from relaxation to deep tissue. To better serve my clients I personalize each massage. I am constantly learning new techniques to bring into my practice and share with all of you.
